- Annulation de l’activité par l’organisateur :
- L’organisateur de l’événement se réserve le droit d’annuler l’activité sans préavis, pour quelque raison que ce soit. Tous les frais d’inscription seront remboursables selon le processus de demande de remboursement.
- Annulation de l’inscription par la personne participante avant la date d’échéance des remboursements (7 avril 2025) :
- La personne participante qui annule son inscription avant la date d’échéance des remboursements, soit le 7 avril 2025, obtiendra un remboursement des frais d’inscription selon le processus de demande de remboursement.
- Annulation de l’inscription par la personne participante après la date d’échéance des remboursements (après le 7 avril 2025) :
- La personne participante qui annule son inscription entre le 8 avril et le 16 avril 2025 pourra obtenir un remboursement de 50 % des frais d’inscription.
- Processus de demande de remboursement :
- Veuillez informer admin@agefo.ca de votre intention d’annuler votre inscription.
- Si vous êtes admissible à l’annulation de votre inscription, le remboursement sera effectué directement sur votre carte de crédit. Une preuve de remboursement vous sera acheminée à cet effet. Comptez 10 jours ouvrables pour le remboursement. Notez que l’AGÉFO ne rembourse pas les frais d’intérêts.
